Located in Redcliff, Alberta; Just a short drive northwest of Medicine Hat, overlooking the South Saskatchewan River valley, Riverview Golf Club should be a first-choice destination for golfers at every age and skill level. The well-groomed fairways and fast greens feature canyon views and beautiful scenery. You may even have close encounters with wildlife.​

Riverview Golf Club can attribute much of its history to the many volunteers and residents who have supported its growth over the past fifty-plus years. Initially run by volunteers and the honor system, the nine-hole golf course had rough grass fairways and sand greens. Even back in 1980, the Board of Directors emphasised keeping prices relatively low to attract a wide variety of users. The 1981 completion of modernization to irrigation and grass greens is what’s known today as the front nine. This upgrade was accomplished with 106 adult members and 30 student members in a joint effort with the Town of Redcliff. By 1988 the plans for expansion to the current 18-hole course was well underway and membership had grown to 287 adults and 59 students. The 1990 opening of the completed back-nine put Riverview Golf Club on solid footing as a destination golf course in this area.

Today’s family-friendly public 18-hole course also offers a practice putting green, chipping area, 6-stall hitting cages and a licenced clubhouse with indoor or outdoor dining options. Riverview Golf Club is an aesthetically pleasing course which is flattering to the casual golfer and is priced competitively for the Southern Alberta zone.
